What you get

5 things that distinguish Primeborg Travel

Hotels, tours, activities, restaurants

Four asset types on one marketplace. Search by destination, date, price band. Filter by host rating, cancellation policy, included extras.

Booking deposit in escrow

When you book, the USDC locks in an escrow contract. Released to the host on check-in confirmation. Refunded under the policy if you cancel within the window.

Host dashboard

Hosts list properties, manage availability, see earnings in real time, withdraw to their own wallet on a schedule. No 30-day payout hold like centralized OTAs.

On-chain reviews

After a stay, both guest and host can leave a review. Reviews are signed by the wallets that participated in the booking, so they can't be faked or astroturfed.

Direct host-guest chat

Encrypted chat between guest and host from booking through checkout. The platform sees nothing of the conversation.

Frequently asked

Honest answers, not marketing

What jurisdictions does Primeborg Travel work in?

The platform is global; listings are per-jurisdiction. Each host is responsible for the legality of their listing (short-term rental permits, tour operator licenses, etc.). Primeborg does not verify local compliance — that's the host's responsibility.

What if the property doesn't match the listing?

Open a dispute within 24 hours of check-in. The mediator council reviews evidence (photos, listing language, host response) and votes on whether to refund partially or fully from the escrow. If you don't open a dispute within the window, the escrow releases to the host.

Are hosts KYC-verified?

Optionally. Hosts can choose to complete KYC, which shows a verified badge on their listings. Verified hosts tend to convert better. KYC documents are encrypted; only the mediator council sees them during disputes.

How does payment to the host work?

On check-in confirmation (typically a guest-side button push during the stay), the escrow releases to the host's wallet immediately. No 30-day hold, no rolling reserve, no Stripe-style payout schedule. The host has their funds the same day.

What's the fee?

A small service fee (~3-5%) is split between the platform and the mediator council reserve. Lower than Booking.com / Airbnb's 14-18% combined. The fee is deducted at escrow release and visible in the booking breakdown.
