Frequently asked
Honest answers, not marketing
What's covered by Primeborg travel insurance?
Standard travel-insurance coverage from the partner carrier: trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage loss, medical emergency abroad, emergency evacuation, and 24/7 assistance. Coverage limits, deductibles, and exclusions are on every quote BEFORE you pay — read them; they vary per plan and per destination.
Which countries are covered for travel insurance?
Most destinations worldwide are covered, with some exclusions (active war zones, US State Department Level 4 advisories, and a small set of countries the carrier won't underwrite). The quote engine tells you immediately if your destination is excluded or if a war exclusion applies.
How do I file a travel-insurance claim?
Claims go directly to the insurance carrier per the policy — typically a website or phone number for 24/7 assistance, with documentation requirements (receipts, medical reports, police reports) listed in the policy. Primeborg is not the claims handler; the policy makes the carrier the counterparty.
Is Primeborg an insurance broker?
No — Primeborg is a marketplace platform. The actual insurance is underwritten by regulated insurance carriers; Primeborg is the technology layer for ordering and payment. The insurance carrier is named on every quote and on the policy itself.
Can a non-US person form a Delaware LLC?
Yes — Delaware allows foreign founders. You don't need a US address or SSN to form the LLC (though you may need an ITIN later for tax purposes). The registered agent service handles the US-residency requirement.
How long does LLC formation take?
Wyoming: 1-3 business days. Delaware: same-day for expedited, 5-7 business days standard. New Mexico: 1-2 business days. EIN issuance from the IRS: usually same-day if the founder has an SSN, 4-6 weeks otherwise.
